Reservation and Cancellation Policies

  • In the case of a cancellation and/or modification, this must be done at least 5 days prior to the arrival date of the guest. If done within five days of arrival, a No Show will be charged for the first night of the stay. When making the reservation, the guest is authorizing the charge of No Show to their credit card as a guarantee. 
  • In the case of a cancellation and/or modification of a reservation paid with a debit card or by bank transfer, you must contact us at the following mail in order to change your dates. If a refund is required, this will be done in a minimum of 30 days. recepción@hotelvinalaplaya.cl.
