- To guarantee the stay, a pre-payment of 30% of the reservation will be requested, charged to the registered credit card. Balance to be paid directly to the hotel at check-in.
- In case of modification of the reservation: only 1 change of date will be allowed, with a maximum of 48 hours. in advance of the date of entry, assuming the conditions in force for the new date of stay, such as: modification of the rate due to change of season, available room or end of the reserved promotion.
- In case of cancellation of reservation, within the allowed terms and, where appropriate, the return of the pre-payment received by Credit Card, the hotel will discount the 3% for the Transbank transaction.
- Reservation cancellation requests, within the allowed deadlines, must be requested by email to recepcion@hotelvinalaplaya.cl. In the event that the return of money corresponds, this will be made within a period of no less than 30 days from the request form, by means of electronic transfer.
- If the passenger does not show up on the day of check-in (No Show), the withholding of 30% of the pre-payment will be penalized and the passenger’s entire stay will be cancelled. Early departures, 100% of the nights already used + 1 additional night will be charged.
- Low Season (May 1st to August 31th): Allows reservation cancellation, without penalty, up to 3 days before the check-in date. Cancellation within 48 hrs. and on the day of check-in, it will be penalized with the charge of 30% of the total stay, without refund of the pre-payment.
- High Season (September 1st to April 30th): Allows reservation cancellation, without penalty, up to 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellation between 6 days and the day of check-in will be penalized with the charge of 30% of the total stay, without refund of the pre-payment.
