Guest House Rental

Guest House, located within the same Fundo San Jorge, 800 mt from the hotel. It is the Sutil Family House, available to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. Equipped with towels and sheets (1 change per stay). It does not have cleaning service (maid service), nor food services.

Maximum capacity for 10 people; on the first floor it has:

  • 2 bedrooms with King bed.
  • 1 room with Twin bed.
  • 1 room with 3 beds for children.
  • 3 full bathrooms.
  • The second floor has just 1 shared room with 3 single beds.

Equipment and facilities:

  • Kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery for 10 people.
  • Living room.
  • Dining room.
  • Fire place.
  • 3 electric heaters.
  • Hot water.
  • Outdoor pool.
  • Barbecue
  • Elastic bed.
  • Children’s Games (dollhouse, swings and slides).

Services:

  • It has 1 set of bath towels for passengers and 1 set of sheets per bed, per stay.
  • There is no cleaning service (maid service) during the stay.
  • It does not have food services.
  • It does not share services with Hotel Viña La Playa.
  • Rental completely independent from the hotel facilities.
